Regular service runs Monday through Sunday. On Summer Convention and special event dates, departures double to every 30 minutes during peak windows.
First pick-up at 4:00 AM, then on the hour all day.
Airport pick-ups start at 7:30 AM from Ground Transportation.

During Summer Convention and special event peak windows, HMR runs every 30 minutes — a direct, comfortable connection between Anaheim Resort hotels and SNA.
On event dates the first hotel departure is still 4:00 AM; between 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM service returns to the regular hourly schedule. Please be at your hotel valet area at least 10 minutes before departure.

At the valet area of your hotel — Sheraton, Hilton, Marriott, Clarion or Courtyard Anaheim Resort / Convention Center. Because of luggage handling, all boarding and drop-offs happen at the valet. Please be there at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
At the Arrival Ground Transportation Center at John Wayne Airport. Follow the airport signage to ground transportation after you land. Airport pick-ups start at 7:30 AM and run hourly.
Yes — children under 3 ride free. Children 3–12 pay the child fare ($12 one-way, $25 round trip).
Yes. The adult round trip is $35 instead of $40 — you save $5 and your return seat is already reserved. We recommend it whenever you have a confirmed departure date and time.

Departures double: shuttles run every 30 minutes from 4:00 AM to 1:30 PM and again from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Between those windows, the regular hourly service applies.
